PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a retransmission control method which improves a communication efficiency.;SOLUTION: The present invention includes an intermission instruction detecting step of a first sent packet transmission for detecting a first sent packet transmission intermission instruction, an identifying information acquisition step of stopping a transmission of a first sent packet when the first sent packet transmission intermission instruction is detected, and acquiring identifying information from a first sent packet to be transmitted, a retransmission packet selection step of selecting a retransmission waiting packet including identifying information different from the identifying information acquired at the identifying information acquisition step of from among retransmission waiting packets which are already transmitted data packets and whose transmission has not been acknowledged as a retransmission packet, and a transmission step of transmitting the retransmission packet to a destination terminal at a subsequent transmission timing.
