PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device endoscope capable of improving the S/N. PSOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device 100 includes a plurality of pixels. Each of the pixels includes: a pixel electrode 104; an organic layer 107 provided above the pixel electrode and includes a photoelectric conversion layer for generating charge in accordance with received light; a counter electrode 108 provided above the organic layer so as to be shared by the plurality of pixels; a sealing layer 110 covering the counter electrode; a color filter CF provided above the sealing layer; a readout circuit 116 for reading out a signal corresponding to charge collected in the pixel electrode; and a light-collecting unit 112 for guiding light transmitted through the color filter to a photoelectric conversion layer corresponding to the pixel wherein the color filter is disposed.
