PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online service providing system for using an online service by succeeding processing from an application to a Web browser while maintaining the session of this system.;SOLUTION: This online service providing system includes a service providing server 300 for providing an online service; a portable communication apparatus 100 including first and second application execution parts 101a and 101b for using an online service; and a relay server 200 for relaying the first application execution part 101a and the service provision server 300. The relay server 200 transmits an identifier generated according to processing request information transmitted from the first application execution part 101a and the access destination information of the relay server to the portable communication apparatus 100.
