PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for easily peeling off a carbon dioxide preparation for external use from the skin mucosa at any time after using the preparation, and to provide an aqueous solution to be used for the method.;SOLUTION: The method for easily peeling off the carbon dioxide preparation for external use comprises coating the surface of the preparation with a bivalent cation-containing aqueous solution after using the preparation to effect hardening the preparation.
