PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low price sole with a vulcanized grounding sole with excellent adhesion to an injection molded sole main body without requiring applying an adhesive in insert-forming of an injection molded sole.;SOLUTION: A facing cloth 2 made by laminating an upper fabric 21 and a lower fabric 22 with melting point not lower than 20°C on the top and the bottom of a core layer 23 comprising heat adhesive synthetic resin or fiber with a melting point within a range of vulcanizing temperature ±20°C is superposed on the upper face of a grounding sole forming material 11 comprising vulcanized rubber. The product is heated and pressed under 140-180°C to form a vulcanized rubber grounding sole 1. Simultaneously a part of the grounding sole molding 11 is anchored for unification into gaps of the lower fabric 22 laminated on the bottom of the facing cloth in contact with the grounding sole forming material 11, and the core layer 23 is softened or melted to adhere to the upper and lower fabric 21, 22 laminated to the core layer 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
