PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping optical system and an optical member for laser bar stacked matter which can shape laser beams from a laser bar stacked matter with simple constitution.;SOLUTION: In the optical member M of this laser bar stacked matter, stripe reflection films SMs are provided on the face IS of one direction of a sheet of a parallel plate glass GS and also a reflection film is provided on the face OS of another direction of the glass so that a second laser beam group 12,22,32 and 42 are moved relatively to a first laser beam group 11,21,31,41 along the direction (y) of stacking and the optical member M emits the first and the second laser beam groups from the residual area PRO of the face OS of the another direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
