PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for analyzing the basic quantity of building and a computer program, so as to analyze the validity of basic quantity data indicative of sizes and quantity in regard to each portion of a building to be analyzed.;SOLUTION: A residence-based database, having the basic quantity data of the building to be a model stored by model residence, is stored in a storage device. A computer collects the basic quantity data of an analysis target residence to be an analysis target, and calculates an approximate straight line L1 indicative of correlation between an analysis item and a relevant item, based on the basic quantity data of the entire model residences stored in the residence-based database. Also, an analysis item value V2 of the analysis target residence is calculated from a related item value V3 of the analysis target residence which is determined on the basis of the calculated approximate straight line L1 and the collected basic quantity data of the analysis target residence. Further, an analysis item value V1 is obtained on the basis of the collected basic quantity data of the analysis target residence, and it is decided whether the difference between the obtained value V1 and the calculated value V2 lies within a predetermined range, and the result thereof is displayed on a display unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
