PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition for forming a light shielding film having good sensitivity and good light shielding property after curing.;SOLUTION: In the photosensitive composition for forming a light shielding film containing (a) carbon black as a light shielding pigment, (b) a photopolymerizable compound, and (c) a photopolymerization initiator, the dispersion particle diameter of the carbon black is set at 100-250 nm, preferably 150-200 nm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
