PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate feeling of occlusion and to improve feeling of sanitary by brightly illuminating a processing space for drying the hands for solving the problem that a user feels anxiety when inserting the hand, since the processing space is dark when inserting the hands.;SOLUTION: A light source 5 is provided inside an air passage 8 connecting a nozzle 2 with a fan motor 6. Presence of light emitted by the light source 5 from the nozzle 2 makes clear the position of the nozzle, and illumination light illuminating the processing space 4 visually clarifies a place to which air blows most. The hands are illuminated brightly, so that places of droplets on the hands are confirmed easily and the droplets are removed efficiently. The processing space 4 for drying the hands are illuminated brightly, so that the feeling of occlusion is eliminated and the feeling of sanitary is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
