PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a funds transfer processing system for efficiently performing funds transfer processing on the basis of a prescribed condition among a plurality of accounts.;SOLUTION: The funds transfer processing system stores a difference between a balance of account information and a target balance into a funds surplus account storage part as a sum of surplus funds when the balance of the account information is larger than the target balance, and stores a difference between the balance of account information and the target balance into a funds shortage account storage part as a sum of shortage funds when the balance of account information is smaller than the target balance. First account information is acquired from the funds surplus account storage part in prescribed order and second account information is acquired from the funds shortage account storage part in prescribed order.
