PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a payment processing apparatus, etc. which performs payment of costs generated in management operation or the like entrusted from a client of a condominium management association or the like to a trustee of a condominium management company or the like to a payee by transfer to a payee's account based on data prepared by the trustee.;SOLUTION: The trustee transmits the payment data of payment generated by management operation from a trustee apparatus to the payment processing apparatus. When new payment data are stored in the payment processing apparatus, the payment processing apparatus reads an e-mail address or an address of the trustee from a customer database and transmits an e-mail or a postal mail for requesting the approval of the payment data to a client apparatus. The client accesses the payment processing apparatus, confirms the payment data, and when approving the performance of transfer, performs approval operation to record an approved result in the payment data.
