PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device in which an electooptical panel is fixed to a holding frame with high adhesive strength and which has excellent heat radiation properties, a method for manufacturing the electrooptical device and an electronic device having the electrooptical device.;SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal display 10 as the electrooptical device, the electrooptical panel 12 consists of a liquid crystal display panel 7, dustproof glasses 3, 4 adhered and fixed to surfaces on the incident side and the emitting side of light of the liquid crystal display panel 7, the incident surface 4a of the light of the dustproof glass 4 contacts a projected part 5i of a frame part 5b of a holding frame 5, supported like a frame and held in the holding frame 5 consisting of thermal conductivity materials. Then, adhesive bond 9 having thermal conductivity is filled in a gap 11a between a periphery side 7a of the electrooptical panel 12 and an inner wall surface 5d of the holing frame 5 and a gap 11b between the incident surface 4a and the bottom surface 5c of the frame part 5b of the holding frame and the holding frame 5 and the electrooptical panel 12 are adhered and fixed.
