PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Mn-Zn-Ni based ferrite having both of low magnetic loss and high saturation magnetic density.;SOLUTION: The Mn-Zn-Ni based ferrite contains Fe2O3, ZnO, NiO and MnO as basic components and the composition comprises 60-68 mol% Fe2O3, 8-16 mol% ZnO, 3-12 mol% NiO and the balance MnO and further contains 0.005-0.05 mass% SiO2, 0.020-0.20 mol% CaO and one or more kinds selected from Ta2O5 in a range of 0.0050-0.10 mass%, ZrO2 in a range of 0.010-0.15 mass%, Nb2O5 in a range of 0.0050-0.05 mass%, V2O5 in a range of 0.001-0.05 mass%, HfO2 in a range of 0.0050-0.050 mass%, TiO2 in a range of 0.010-0.30 mass% and SnO2 in a range of 0.010-2.0 mass%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
