PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of smoothly stabilizing a tube current by feedback, when a waiting state is changed over to an exposure state, in the waiting state where a filament current is being flowed, in a medical X-ray tube apparatus for stabilizing the tube current by a feedback loop in an exposure state of an X-ray tube.;SOLUTION: When a changeover means 6 sets an X-ray tube 3 in a wait state and a first feedback control part controls it, such that a predetermined filament current is carried by detecting the filament current, an offset control means 9 controls the output of a second feedback control part so as to set it to a value equal to that of the output of the first feedback control part. Thereafter, when the X-ray tube is changed over to exposure state, stabilization control of the tube current by the second feedback control part can be started from the value that is equal to that of the output of the first feedback control part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
