PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high sensitivity detection method of an incretion disturbing substance in which a low concentration sample solution containing many coexisting substances can be measured quickly, easily and inexpensively with satisfactory accuracy, and to provide a high sensitivity detector of an incretion disturbing substance employing it. SOLUTION: In the high sensitivity detection method of an incretion disturbing substance, a sample solution containing a target incretion disturbing substance is fed through the column filler of a flow type column electrode, and a variation occurring when the incretion disturbing substance is caught on the column filler is measured electrochemically. Variation of a current value caused by enzyme catalytic reaction incident to bonding of the incretion disturbing substance due to antigen-antibody reaction to the antigen bonding part of an antibody modified to the column filler is measured. A high sensitivity detector of an incretion disturbing substance employing it is also provided.
