PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for capturing/extracting an endocrine disrupting chemical substance contained in a water sample containing a suspended substance (SS), capable of capturing/extracting the endocrine disrupting chemical substance contained in the water sample containing SS at the same time to pretreat the same rapidly at a low cost, and a solid phase extraction column therefor.;SOLUTION: The solid phase extraction column 1 filled with a solid phase filler 2 for capturing the soluble component of the endocrine disrupting chemical substance and an SS capturing material 3 for capturing the SS adsorbing component of the endocrine disrupting chemical substance is used. The water sample containing SS is passed through this column to capture the soluble component and the SS adsorbing component at the same time. Thereafter, the captured endocrine disrupting chemical substance is recovered by solvent extraction.
