A sample manufacturing method for a peel test between metal and the same and different kinds of cladding materials, and a peel test method thereof are provided to effectively measure the adhesion strength by minimizing a variable and preventing interference between a sample and a fixing jig. A sample manufacturing method for a peel test between metal and the same and different kinds of cladding materials comprises the steps of: performing a first patterning by attaching an etching resistant tape to a remained portion excluding a rectangular shape at the center of an upper layer to separately etch the upper layer of a cladding material(S1); etching the upper layer excluding the etching resistant tape of the first patterned cladding material(S2); performing a second patterning by attaching the etching resistant tape to a portion excluding a shape facing a trapezoid at the center of the lower layer, and a shape extended to one edge of the lower layer from the upper end of the two trapezoids(S3); and etching a lower layer excluding the etching resistant tape of the secondly patterned cladding material(S4).
