PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-density flexible polyurethane cold cure molded foam which shows an excellent durability, especially the hardness change in repetitive compression test and the thickness change properties such as wet hot compression set, and a preparation process thereof. SOLUTION: This highly durable flexible polyurethane cold cure molded foam has a total density of from 35 to 45 kg/m3 and a wet hot compression set of 15% or smaller. Preferably, the hardness change in repetitive compression test is 15% or smaller. In a preparation process of the cold cure molded foam, the foam is obtained from a polymer and/or polymer polyol, water, a catalyst and a polyisocyanate, wherein the polymer polyol is obtained by dispersing in a polyol a polymer fine particle obtained by radical polymerizing a compound having an unsaturated bond in a polyol. Here, the polyol is prepared by using a catalyst containing either a compound having at least a nitrogen-phosphorus double bond, cesium hydroxide or rubidium hydroxide.
