PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for displaying at an optional timing highly accurate aircraft information with a smooth track.;SOLUTION: The optimal position calculation device 20 is equipped with: an aircraft information memory unit 210 storing the aircraft information based on observation data observed by each of a plurality of sensors; a priority sensor information memory unit 200 for storing the priority sensor information for specifying 2 or more sensors among the plurality of the sensors as priority sensors by corresponding to each of observation areas; a sensor selection unit 240 (aircraft information extraction unit) for extracting the aircraft information based on the newest observation data observed by the priority sensor among the plurality of the aircraft information based on the priority sensor information at the renewal timing of the display position of the aircraft; an optimal position calculation unit 250 for calculating the optimal position of the aircraft at the renewal timing based on the extracted aircraft information; and a display unit 260 (output unit) for outputting the optimal position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
