PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of displaying highly-accurate aircraft information having a smooth track at an optional timing.;SOLUTION: This optimum position calculation device 20 includes: an aircraft information storage part 210 for storing aircraft information based on observation data observed by each of a plurality of sensors; a priority sensor information storage part 200 for storing priority sensor information for specifying two or more sensors among the plurality of sensors as priority sensors, in association with each observation domain; a sensor selection part 240 (aircraft information extraction part) for extracting aircraft information based on the newest observation data observed by the priority sensors, from among the plurality of pieces of the aircraft information, based on priority sensor information at an updating timing of a display position of the aircraft; an optimum position calculation part 250 for calculating the optimum position of the aircraft at the updating timing, based on the extracted aircraft information; and a display part 260 (output part) for outputting the optimum position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
