PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cadmium (Cd) removing method easily treating Cd at a low cost and directly processing food, removing Cd derived from the internal organs of aquatic mollusk to effectively use for food, and intended for solution of environmental problems caused by waste and effective use of resources.;SOLUTION: A liquid food having the internal organs of aquatic mollusk as the raw material is decreased in Cd content by adding bacteria separated from fishery fermented food and having Cd removing ability to the liquid food having the internal organs of aquatic mollusk as the raw material, and propagating the bacteria followed by removing the bacteria.
