PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-concentration silica fume slurry for cement admixing which can keep excellent flowability and does not adversely affect the physical properties of concrete when being blended to the concrete. PSOLUTION: A dispersant for the silica fume slurry contains at least: a water-soluble polymer composed of a copolymer containing a polymer formed from a monomer containing carboxy group in the molecule and a polymer formed from a monomer containing amide group and sulfonic acid group in the molecule; and/or a water-soluble polymer containing, as a main component, a polystyrene sulfonic acid or its salt.
