PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet which can provide a bonded joint having not only superior shearing tensile strength but also superior peeling strength when being brazing-jointed with an aluminum-based material.;SOLUTION: This steel sheet is any one sheet selected from the group consisting of a galvannealed sheet steel, a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, an electrogalvanized steel sheet, a cold-rolled steel sheet and a hot-rolled steel sheet; comprises, by mass% (hereafter the same), 0.05-0.25% C, 1.5% or less Si, 0.1-3.5% Mn, 0.05% or less P, 0.03% or less S, 0.1% or less Al, while satisfying the relation of C+(Si+Mn)/40≥0.15, and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities; and forms an intermetallic compound layer with a thickness of 2 μm or smaller in a central part of a jointed interface after having been brazing-jointed with the aluminum-based material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
