PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a coupon without identifying a user of a portable terminal, on the basis of a barcode obtained by encoding coupon information displayed on a screen of the portable terminal.;SOLUTION: A coupon server 1 encodes preregistered coupon information to generate a QR code, and sends it to the portable terminal 2 in response to a request for coupon information from the portable terminal 2. The portable terminal 2 displays the received QR code on the screen. A coupon issuing device 3 reads and decodes the QR code displayed on the screen of the portable terminal 2, and acquires the coupon information. The coupon information acquired by the coupon issuing device 3 is developed into characters, and the developed coupon information is printed in accordance with a format indicated by format information sent from the coupon server 1 to print and issue the coupon 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
