PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for generating fine bubbles, in which the efficiency when a gas is dissolved in a liquid in a gas dissolving tank can be improved while miniaturizing the apparatus for generating fine bubbles.;SOLUTION: An inlet 12 of the gas dissolving tank 5 through which a gas-mixed liquid is supplied is arranged to be directed to a gas phase part 11 of the gas dissolving tank. The gas-mixed liquid is jetted toward a gas-liquid interface 17 from the inlet 12 through the gas phase part 11 in such a sectorial form that a jet stream 14 becoming wider as it goes to the gas-liquid interface is formed. A spouted zone 15 is formed on the gas-liquid interface 17 in the terminal part of the sectorial jet stream 14 and a non-spouted zone 16 which is adjacent to the spouted zone 15 and at which the jet stream does not arrive is formed on the gas-liquid interface 17.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
