PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and grain material conveyer facilitating secure treatment of harness of switches for telescopic motion, etc., installed on a front operating device by installing the front operating device on an unloading cylinder located on the end part of a telescopic mobile conveying cylinder of an unloading conveying cylinder device for unloading the grains to the outside of a body.;SOLUTION: The conveyer comprises the unloading cylinder installed on the front end part of the mobile conveying cylinder telescopically inserted into a fixed conveying cylinder of the conveying and unloading device to convey and unload the grains to the outside of the machine body, and the front part operating device installed on the front end part of the unloading cylinder, wherein a mobile end part of a harness support which supports the harness, etc., of the switches for telescopic motion installed on the front part operating device in extended and shortened state, is installed on a part adjacent to the center of an outside diameter of the mobile conveying cylinder and the fixing end part is installed on the cover of the harness support.
