PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cr-containing steel sheet having excellent high-temperature strength and toughness.;SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method, a cold-rolled steel sheet having the composition consisting of 0.020% C, ≥0.10% and 0.50% Si, 2.00% Mn, 0.060% P, 0.008% S, 1.00% Ni, ≥12.0% and 16.0% Cr, 0.020% N, ≥10×(C+N)% and 0.80% Nb, ≥0.80% and 3.00% Mo, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is cooled at the cooling rate to satisfy the inequality 50×[Nb]2≤R when performing the cooling after the annealing, where [Nb] denotes the Nb content [mass%], and R denotes the cooling rate [°C/sec] up to 500°C. By limiting the cooling rate after the finish annealing to be adequate for the Nb content of steel, the deposition of Nb-based deposit during the cooling is suppressed to ensure both the excellent high-temperature strength and toughness.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
