摘要

PURPOSE: To manufacture a hot dip aluminum plated chromium-contg. steel sheet excellent in workability and plating adhesion. while inline annealing is executed in a Sendzimir type hot dip plating line. ;CONSTITUTION: A cold rolled sheet contg. 10 to 25% chromium in steel is heated to 550 to 700°C in a weakly oxidizing furnace in which the air ratio of a heating burner is regulated to 0.9 to 1.5 to form an iron oxidized film on the surface of the steel sheet. After that, it is heated to ≥800°C as well as to the sheet temp. on the outlet side of the weakly oxidizing furnace +300°C or below and is subjected to softening. Simultaneously, only the iron oxidized film is reduced, and after that, hot dip aluminum plating is applied while cooling is executed. Since the plating is executed while the inline annealing is executed, the annealing-pickling stages can be obviated, thus enhancing the merits in the viewpoints from the cost and the term of the manufacture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
