PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing a solid cellulase preparation increase in the content of a specific cellulase component by genetic manipulation or the like. SOLUTION: This method for markedly increasing the storage stability of a solid cellulase preparation rich in a specific cellulase component comprises the step of incorporating a cellulase-containing solution containing an endoglucanase at =10 wt.% based on the total protein weight with =90 wt.% of an inorganic salt composed of bivalent cation and a chloride based on the weight of the endoglucanase followed by drying.
