Burst signal receiving device and the burst signal detection method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the deassert time of a signal detection signal, and to detect a burst signal stably.;SOLUTION: The positive- and negative-phase signals of an electric burst signal are inputted into a differential circuit 30, and a signal corresponding to a change in each voltage is outputted to a differential amplifier 40 of a peak detection circuit 90 as the positive- and negative-phase signals. The differential amplifier 40 outputs the positive-phase and negative-phase signals, where the difference in voltage in an input signal is amplified to an analog OR circuit 50. The analog OR circuit 50 outputs a signal OR-ed to the voltage of the input signal. The signal is smoothed by a capacitor 60 for smoothing for inputting to a comparator 70. The comparator 70 compares the voltage of the input signal with a threshold voltage for outputting to an output terminal 71 as the signal detection signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
