PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode noise canceling circuit device for a vehicle-mounted high-voltage motor device wherein its circuitry is simple and circuit loss and heat generation can be reduced. PSOLUTION: A vehicle-mounted high-voltage motor device is constructed of a high-voltage motor 1 for hybrid vehicles or the like and a three-phase inverter circuit 2 for driving it. In the common mode noise canceling circuit device, the common mode current of this motor device is detected through a common mode noise detection circuit 8. A common mode noise canceling circuit 9 is driven with the detected electrical signal and caused to generate common mode noise canceling voltage. The generated common mode noise canceling voltage is applied to the vehicle-mounted high-voltage motor device through an output capacitor 93. Thus, the common mode current is canceled. The common mode noise canceling circuit 9 is supplied with power from a low-voltage battery 10 different from a direct-current high-voltage power supply 5 for supplying power to the vehicle-mounted high-voltage motor device.
