PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate waterproof-layer repairing work using a method wherein a supporting point or a base for fixing and latching an installation object such as an antenna and a pole onto an existing waterproof layer is installed in a desired position according to need without a deterioration in waterproof performance by being connected and fixed to an anchor bolt driven through the existing waterproof layer, and wherein a new waterproof layer is additionally superposed on the existing waterproof layer.;SOLUTION: A waterproof bed structure comprises an anchor 4 which is driven into a bed 6 through the existing waterproof layer 5, and the tension device which is connected and fixed to the anchor 4 and provided on the waterproof layer 5.
