The light emitting device includes a p-type semiconductor, an n-type semiconductor, a semiconductor film connected between the p-type semiconductor and the n-type semiconductor, a first electrode disposed on the semiconductor film and configured to apply an electric field to the semiconductor film, and a second electrode disposed under the semiconductor film and configured to apply an additional electric field to the semiconductor film.
