Design and implementation of a hinge of a friction with a range of movement and separation of the retainer more than 180 degrees. It is provided with a mobile phone or other electronic device with an improved friction hinge with a radial range of movement greater than 180 degrees and with retainers at both ends of the path.The hinge can include an asymmetric friction cam together with a single cam in a follower. The advantage of the electronic device with improved friction hinge may allow a full range of 360 to move with any number of retainers in any radial position.
