The process of expansion to the conformation of metal packaging of two parts, and process equipment of expansion for conformation of metal packaging of two parts.I will go, prefencialmente, the manufacture of cans of two pieces, composed of body and lid, with the various formats of bodies, allowing the expansion by means of various processes, through specific machinery, which expands to be obtained the desired format.The body of the can (1) is transported (2) for equipment (3), and, by means of a transport system with worm thread (4), which rotates synchronously, through gears (5), with the star of entry (6), by means of a cardan shaft (14) and transmission box angle (15).By means of negrenagens (8), the body of the can (1) is transferred to the station of expansion (7), the star of entry (6), where occurs the expanding body of nerve of two pieces (1). Through this same type of synchronization, by means of gears (10 and 11), the body of the can expanded is transferred from the station (7) for a discharge conveyor (13), by means of a star output (9).
