The fiber concrete is made up of a filler, silicate cement, mixing water and fibers reinforcing the composite structure. The filler is fully recycled with a weight of 1 100 to 1 800 kg per 1 m.sup.3 of fiber reinforced concrete prepared to 0-16 mm and / or 0-22 mm and / or 0-32 mm and / or 0-63 mm and the mixing water is 140 to 350 kg per 1 m.sup.3 of fiber reinforced concrete. The quartzite cement has a weight in the range of 240 to 350 kg per 1 m.sup.3 of fiber reinforced concrete and the fibers of the composite structure are polyethylene terephthalate fibers having a length of between 1.5 and 3 times the maximum grain size of the recycled material used, with a tensile strength in the range of 50 to 80 MPa and in mass doses ranging from 14 to 42 kg per 1 m.sup.3 of fiber reinforced concrete, the fiber width being in the range of 0.5 to 1.5 mm.
