THREAD CONTROL STRUCTURE HAVING ANTI-THREAD-ROLLED MECHANISM

A thread control structure includes the anti-thread-rolled mechanism for a sewing machine having a rotational axle. The thread control mechanism includes a thread tension retainer bracket, a thread control cam set and an anti-thread-rolled component. Corresponding to the position of the rotational axle, the thread tension retainer bracket is fixed to the sewing machine. The thread control cam set is fitted onto the rotational axle and driven thereby to rotate and includes a pair of cam plates and an intermediary ring wedged between the cam plates. One side of the anti-thread-rolled component is positioned at the thread tension retainer bracket, while another side is arranged by surrounding a peripheral edge of the intermediary ring. Thereby, during sewing process, if the thread is broken, the anti-thread-rolled component can prevent the thread from being rolled into the intermediary ring to incur any wedging phenomenon.
