This invention is based upon Two or more Probes or transducers emit and receives the sound waves with a particular angle with each other depending upon the depth of the organ and the settings of the machine and the probe and construct images assuming viewing from right eye and left eye, then merge these two images and using this merged images, reconstruct to form a real time three dimensional images of the organs, may be static for example three dimensional or live three dimensional images i.e. four dimensional images and videos on routine monitor or three dimension viewing enabled monitor to be viewed with special 3 D viewer spectacle. The two or more ultrasound probe may be a viable aid in diagnosis and follow-up of all routine & critical conditions, and the use of a coupling device enhances its image quality & its diagnostic value.
