The present invention relates to an ophthalmic aqueous composition containing PGF2α analogues for treating ocular hypertension and glaucoma, to a method for treating ocular hypertension and glaucoma by administering said composition to a subject in need of such treatment, and to a method for increasing aqueous solubility and stability of PGF2α analogues in an aqueous composition. The present invention relates to an ophthalmic aqueous composition containing PGF2α analogues for treating ocular hypertension and glaucoma, to a method for treating ocular hypertension and glaucoma by administering said composition to a subject in need of such treatment, and to a method for increasing aqueous solubility and stability of PGF2α analogues in an aqueous composition. A method for producing pig iron by using high zinc-content iron ore includes steps of producing blast furnace feed (2) by using the high zinc-content iron ore containing 0.01 mass% or more zinc and 50 mass% or more iron, producing the pig iron by placing the blast furnace feed (2) into a blast furnace (1) and recovering zinc-containing dust (4) contained in exhaust gas from the blast furnace, and recovering the zinc (6) from the zinc-containing dust (4) by using a reducing furnace (5). It is preferable that a material in which the zinc-containing dust (4) and a component adjusting material are mixed is loaded onto a movable hearth, and the mixed material is reduced by being subjected to heat supplied from a top of the movable hearth to produce reduced iron (7) and recover the zinc (6).
