Disclosed are drug conjugates linked through a cleavable disulphide linker, wherein the compounds are represented by the general formula (I), wherein B represents a disulphide group (S-S); A and A1 independently represent a bond, (CH2)d, or a phenylene moiety; E represents a bond; D1 and D2 are independently selected from; cetrizine, desloratidine, terfenadine, fexofenadine and pseudoephedrine; and wherein the other substituents are as defined herein.
