Invention herewith described refers to the control and management of fire and smoke flap system and the system application procedure and belongs to the field of communication technologies applied to fire protection. The invention determined the design of the system for the control and management of fire and smoke flaps with the corresponding protocol for efficient and reliable operation of the designed hardware system structure.This is achieved because the subject system contains the control unit connected with the optimal number of peripheral units that provide the control and management of fire and smoke flaps. The system is based on the application of the structural circular bus so that each actuator controller with the device, in front of and behind itself, communicates on a one to one principle i.e. each transceiver is connected to only one transceiver on a neighbouring device.The system operation allows the protocol whose functioning is based on the command by-passing through the peripheral units, and then changing conditions of the transceiver dictated by the last byte of the command in order to allow the forwarding of the addressed peripheral unit response to the control unit.
