the present invention relates to the isolation of a new strain called p1 and identified as beauveria bassiana and one variant, named p2, isolated from the parent strain p1.the variant p2 appeared spontaneously, is hyperproducteur extracellular serine protease, compared with p1, p2 are phenotypically, p1et differences when they are spread on solid media, the mycelium of p2 is yellow on pda (potato dextrose agar ), while that of p1 is grey in colour.the spores of these splice variants differ in their "black bear" for p1 and p2 "fluffy" as well as on lb (lunia it) on pda. in liquid culture, these two variants have exactly the same macroscopic phenotype, while under the microscope is in the form of p2 and p1 has the trend of mycelium forming body or "yeast like cell.the variant p2, being stable genetically produced protease activity higher than p1 with a factor depending on the substrate used in the culture medium as a carbon and nitrogen source. this may be insignificant in the case of the use of colloidal chitin or wheat bran, but it can reach a value of 8 with skim milk.this difference in protease production does not link with other hydrolases secreted by the two variants.
