A method for assessment of characteristics of endotelium damages and manifestations of pathological changes in vessels at chronical renal disease comprises the conventional blood and urine examinations with determination of protein in urine. Additionally as direct markers of structural damages of vessel endotelium an amount of circulated exfoliated endotelial cells are determined in plasma enriched with red blood cells and concentration of dissolved cadherin of vessel endotelium (VE- cadherin) in blood serum, the compatible estimation of direct markers is performed, and if relative to set standard, amount of circulated exfoliated endotelial cells in 10 µl of plasma enriched with red blood cells and VE- cadherin concentration in blood serum are increased not less than in 2 times, the conlusion is drawn about damaging of endotelium integrity and availability of pathological changes in vessels, which are expressed as distrurbance of intercell adhesion of vessel endotelium, which are interconnected and increased factors of risk for development of cardiovascular complications ar chronical renal disease.
