A method for preoperational preparation of patients with postoperative ventral hernia comprises the infusion therapy, prescription of antibacterial preparations and enterosorbent. Additionally Cycloferom immune modulating preparation is prescribed, which is administered intramuscularly in a dose of 2 ml 2 times a day for 3-5 days.
