A method for making a dietetic additive based on secondary raw collagen material of meat preparation and preservation industry (tendons and veins) includes preparation of the raw material, mincing thereof, addition of an aqueous solution of bromeline or collagenase, carrying out enzymic hydrolysis, inactivation of the enzymic preparations comprised by the hydrolysate of the raw collagen material of the meat preparation and preservation industry and drying thereof.
