摘要

A method for hemostasis at removal of brain tumors comprises the use of hemostatic "Surgicel" material by its implantation to the bed of removed tumour, that is the method for intraoperational hemostasis. After implantation of hemostatic "Surgicel" material the hemostatic effect is finally provided by coagulation action of semiconductor laser ray (wave-length 0.808 µm, power 16 W), directed through "Surgicel" on the area of bleeding, after its soaking with dry gauze marble.
