METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF MITOCHONDRIA-DEPENDENT REACTIONS OF OXIDATIVE HOMEOSTASIS AT INJURIES OF FACIAL CRANIUM

摘要

Method for diagnostics of mitochondria-dependent reactions of oxidative homeostasis at injuries of facial cranium includes measurement of level of content in blood plasma of primary and secondary products of oxidative modification of lip[id, protein components of membranes of cells and determination of content of ferments of anti-oxidation unbalance of metabolic decompensation. Preliminarily in lymphocytes of peripheral blood of patients one determines content of laclatdehydrogenase and level of total carnitine in blood serum before beginning of treatment and repetitively in 2-3 days. When index of histo-chemical activity of lactatdehydrogenase exceeds, and of total carnitine is smaller compared to previous level one makes conclusion on mitochondrial-energy deficient variant of reaction of oxidative homeostasis in patient with traumatic injuries of facial cranium and vice versa.
