摘要

Method for evaluation of effect of neuro-peptide means on regeneration of peripheral nerve of rats includes investigation of nerve tissues. After reproduction of model of injury of peripheral nerve in central section of nerve stem from third day every day intraperitoneally one introduces cerebrolysine in dose 0.1 u/kg during 21 day, cerebral in dose 0.1 u/kg during 3 days, and then one samples regeneration neuromas with adjoining sections of affected sciatic nerve with determination of density of distribution of nerve fiber and average angle of deflection of nerve fiber from long axis of nerve. At that results obtained are compared to control and at increase of average value of density of distribution of nerve fiber in peripheral section of affected nerve and decrease of average angle of deflection of axons from long axis of nerve in section of regeneration neuroma one determines effect of neuro-peptide (cerebrolysine and cerebral) means on regeneration of peripheral nerve.
