A draining technique in Pfannenstiel access provides for insertion of the draining tube beneath aponeurosis with operating end of the tube being located on the surface of the muscles and free end being exteriorized via contra-aperture. The disposable syringe in attached to the free end in the mode of the continuous suction of the piston.
