The geoinformation control system of airport navigation state with using AI tools comprises an airport dispatcher automatic working place cell consisting of series connected input data units, the first scanning unit and an actuating unit connected with database units and database control system, the second scanning unit, the output being connected with the first input of the second adder unit, the second input being connected with sample data set unit and limitations. The system also includes an AI tool cell search analytic system module for determination of airport navigation state with using AI tools comprising series connected the first analog-to-digital converter, the third scanning unit, decision-making system units, an expert system, the fourth scanning unit, an analog-to-digital converter, a control unit, the second actuating unit, the third adder unit, the second analog-to-digital converter, a visualization unit and an intelligent database unit and the forth adder unit Herewith the second decision-making system unit is connected with an standard noncompliance information set unit, the second output of a decision-making system through a control system unit of this decision-making system is also connected with the second expert system input. The second input of the second execution unit is connected with a telecommunication unit with an external database unit, an intelligent database unit, the second input of the fourth adder unit is connected with the first analog-to-digital converter output, the second scanning unit output is connected with the first input of the fifth adder unit, the second input being connected with the third adder unit output and the fifth adder unit output is connected with the second input of the first adder unit.
